RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

We accept most credit card/debit cards. Most orders are shipped from Mainland UK within 3-5 business days. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase normally 2-3 days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Local/Public Holidays.
Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.
Before returning any item you must contact us using our contact form on the website or by phone. Any returns should be sent to the following address. Please include a note with your order number, name and address etc with your returned items.

Cancelling your order
You have 2 hours from ordering your item to cancel it. After that time we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may already have begun production. If that is the case your order will be sent to you and a refund will not be provided on personalised gifts.

If your item is NOT personalised:
If already received, repackage the item up and send it back to us at the stated returns address within 14 days of receiving the item and letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

Once Seasons Greetings receives the item we will process the refund directly to your payment card, provided that the item arrives with us undamaged and in a resaleable condition. We strongly recommend photographing the product you are returning in question, before sending this back to us. This way if an unfortunate incident occurs that the item gets damaged or lost in the post you can show us how you sent it to not void your refund.

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
If your item is personalised:
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, that is classed as personalised and cannot be resold due to a bespoke element,

Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order, like art, sculpture and ceramics

If your item arrives unfortunately broken, faulty or personalised incorrectly, please contact us as soon as you receive the item, and we will send you a replacement.
